A cock and bull story

A few more days left to see Damian Hirst at the Tate Modern! If you haven’t done so, read my review Whatever you decide, you do need to eat, don’t you? Went last Friday with Mr BB and my dear cousin to the last Hix’s restaurant venture in Shoreditch. Why am I telling you that, I am not a food critic (see review on Hix’s original restaurant)

I am telling you that because Hirst specifically created ‘Cock and Bull’ – a Hereford cow and a cockerel preserved in a steel and glass tank of formaldehyde –to celebrate the opening of Mark Hix’s Tramshed, in reference to the restaurant’s menu which is centred around chicken and beef dishes. So enjoy the food… and the art!
